We signed up for a visit from the Fyffes Fit Squad as part of our schools Active Flag Programme. It proved to be an extremely worthwhile experience for the students and staff who took part. It is very easy to register and organise. The exercises and videos are easy to follow and simple for us as teachers to remember and implement during PE lessons. The fact that no equipment is necessary is a big bonus for us. The children be delighted to receive their banana points at the end of each week!!
