Seachtain Gníomhach – Active Schools Week #ASW

Tá muid ar bís! Beidh muid ag glacadh páirt sa seachtain gníomhach i mbliana atá ag rith ó 3ú – 6ú Bealtaine. Tá an coiste scoil gníomhach ag obair go dian ag eagrú gníomhaíochtaí do na daltaí scoile.

Táimid chun sibh a spreagadh le bheith gníomhach ar scoil AGUS sa bhaile! Beidh dhá dúshláin taitneamhach ar fáil gach lá don baile. Geobhaidh sibh dúshláin amháin ó Múinteoir agus beidh dúshláin rialta!! Beidh laoch spóirt ag tabhairt dúshláin do na pháistí gach lá fosta!! Coinnígh siúl amach fá gcoinne na daoine speisialta seo!

We are so excited to take part in Active School week from Tuesday 3rd – Friday 6th of May. The Active committee have been working so hard preparing the school for the week ahead!

The theme for Active school week is to energise your day in three ways. We are going to help you to do this by giving not just one but TWO challenges daily. The teachers and staff in Gaelscoil Lorgan have come together to make some really fun challenges for you all to try at home. In addition, we will be providing a STAR challenge every day. Keep an eye out for this! Who could the STAR challenge be from?

We are also so excited to have some great coaches in throughout the week for you. It will be great to see you all being so active in school and trying many different sports such as Basketball, Rugby, Zumba and many many more.
